Celebrating its 12th edition in 2027, our Artistic Swimming Camp in Stamford & New York brings together athletes and internationally recognized coaches for an inspiring week of training, development and international experiences.
Throughout the week, athletes combine technical training, choreography, flexibility, strength and artistic development in a professional training environment at Stamford, Connecticut, just minutes from New York City.

– Since 2021, coach of scholarship athletes at theEsplugues de Llobregat Center – Joaquim Blume Residence. Federació Catalana de Natació.

– Former Synchro Offlimits Camps athlete.

The International Full Board Experience is designed for artistic swimmers travelling from other states or countries who want to enjoy the complete Offlimits Palm Beach experience. This all-inclusive program combines elite artistic swimming training with comfortable accommodation, nutritious meals and daily transportation, allowing athletes to focus entirely on their training, personal development and international experience while living in a safe, supportive and inspiring environment.
ADDITIONAL DAYS AND NIGHTS
Additional days and/or nights are subject to hotel availability and our chaperone team’s availability. A customized quote is required to extend the Residential Camp services beyond the scheduled program dates, based on each participant’s individual accommodation, meals, supervision, transfer, and travel requirements.

INSURANCE, MEDICAL COVERAGE & WAIVER
Offlimits Camps carries liability insurance for the operation of the program.
Residential Camp: includes medical and travel assistance insurance arranged by Offlimits Camps for each participant during the program.
Day Camp: each participant is required to have their own medical and accident insurance, with valid coverage in the United States for the entire duration of the program.
Before the Camp begins, all families, whether participating in the Day Camp or Residential Camp, must complete and sign the applicable Waiver and Release, which includes authorization to act in the event of an emergency requiring medical attention.

Our coaching staff is experienced in working across different levels, including athletes competing at the highest international level, and is prepared to challenge each swimmer according to her experience, goals and potential.

Where do athletes stay during the camp?
Residential participants stay at a hotel in Stamford, Connecticut, and enjoy a unique international experience alongside athletes from different countries. Beyond the daily training sessions, swimmers have the opportunity to visit and discover some of Manhattan’s most iconic attractions during the afternoons, making the camp both an athletic and cultural experience.
How do swimmers travel from New York City to Stamford?
Participants from the New York City Metropolitan Area can travel daily to Stamford using the Metro-North Railroad from Grand Central Terminal. The Offlimits Camps team coordinates transportation between Stamford Station and Chelsea Piers, ensuring a safe and convenient commute for all participants.
Is airport transportation available?
Yes. Airport transportation options are available for participants traveling from outside the area. We primarily recommend arriving through LaGuardia Airport (LGA) or John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK), both of which offer convenient access to Stamford and New York City. Detailed arrival and departure information is provided to all families before the start of the camp.
