ELITE ARTISTIC SWIMMING TRAINING PROGRAM
Train with Olympians and internationally recognized coaches through a high-performance artistic swimming program specifically designed to improve every aspect of your performance.
Throughout the week, athletes combine technical sessions, choreography, flexibility, strength training and artistic development while enjoying an international training environment in Stamford, Connecticut, just minutes from New York City.

NATALIA DIDENKO
– From 2015 to 2021, member of the technical team of the Spanish national senior team, initially coached by Catalan Esther Jaumàand later by Japanese Mayuko Fujiki.
– Since 2021, coach at CN Sabadell.
– Since 2021, coach of scholarship athletes at theEsplugues de Llobregat Center – Joaquim Blume Residence. Federació Catalana de Natació.
– Former coach at CN Granollers.
– Former coach at M-86 Synchronized Swimming School.
ADA SOLER
– Former Synchro Offlimits Camps athlete.
– Coach of the CN Manresa 13–15 age group, whose athletes achieved outstanding results at the Spanish National Championships.

– Member of the coaching staff at the Ona Carbonell Artistic Swimming Camp.
– Pursuing a double degree in Sport and Exercise Sciences and Psychology, specializing in High-Performance Sport.

PROGRAM
The Offlimits Stamford & New York Elite Artistic Swimming Camp offers an intensive high-performance training experience designed for ambitious artistic swimmers from the United States and around the world. Athletes participate in two daily training sessions (approximately five hours), combining technical development, choreography, flexibility, strength training and personalized coaching in an international environment.
The final day concludes with a Show & Closing Ceremony, where athletes present the routines and skills developed throughout the week. Families and friends are invited to attend and celebrate the experience together.
STAMFORD DAY CAMP
The Day Camp option is ideal for athletes living in Connecticut, New York or nearby areas who wish to enjoy the complete Elite Artistic Swimming Training Program while returning home at the end of each training day. Participants benefit from world-class coaching, personalized technical feedback and the opportunity to train alongside swimmers from across the United States and different countries.

Where do athletes stay during the camp?
Residential participants stay at a hotel in Stamford, Connecticut, and enjoy a unique international experience alongside athletes from different countries. Beyond the daily training sessions, swimmers have the opportunity to visit and discover some of Manhattan’s most iconic attractions during the afternoons, making the camp both an athletic and cultural experience.
How do swimmers travel from New York City to Stamford?
Participants from the New York City Metropolitan Area can travel daily to Stamford using the Metro-North Railroad from Grand Central Terminal. The Offlimits Camps team coordinates transportation between Stamford Station and Chelsea Piers, ensuring a safe and convenient commute for all participants.
Is airport transportation available?
Yes. Airport transportation options are available for participants traveling from outside the area. We primarily recommend arriving through LaGuardia Airport (LGA) or John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK), both of which offer convenient access to Stamford and New York City. Detailed arrival and departure information is provided to all families before the start of the camp.
