BCN & NYC Experience, S. L. reserves the right to modify its commercial offer at any time, although said modifications will not apply to transactions already made.

In the event of errors of a typographical nature, beyond the control of BCN & NYC Experience, SL, which originate sales due to the aforementioned errors, it will be immediately corrected and the customer will be informed of his right to withdraw his purchase with the Full refund of your money.

Purchasing process

L. will contact the student to confirm their registration as well as to indicate the steps to follow for the start of the contracted program.

When making the order, the customer will pay the purchases made by credit card (MasterCard, Visa and Visa Electron) through Banc Sabadell.
Form and shipping costs
Once the subscription is confirmed, an email confirming the purchase of the training program is sent instantly. The commercial department of BCN & NYC Experience, S. L. will contact the student in the following 24h, provided that the purchase is made within the normal working hours. Otherwise, the company BCN & NYC Experience, S. L. will contact the new student at 09:00 on the first business day to confirm the registration.
Buyer’s rights and return policy
If in the online mode a program different from the one requested by the client was delivered by error of BCN & NYC Experience, S. L., it will be withdrawn and the correct course will be delivered without any additional charge to the buyer. In the programs, the causes of return will take place if one of the following circumstances occurs:

b. The substantial modification of the course execution schedule.
c. The inability of the student to attend the course due to serious illness, justified by medical certification. In these cases the refund request will be presented together with the original bank receipt of the receipt and the documentation that justifies the request.
