After graduating in 2015 Reshanda was blessed with the opportunity to play professional basketball in the WNBA(Women’s National Basketball Association). She got drafted second round 16th pick to Minnesota Lynx that is where she began her career.

LA After-School All-Stars is where Reshanda attended and changed her whole prospective of the world she lived in. That program inspired her to start her own nonprofit in 2017 call No Gray Areas Foundation. No Gray Areas was founded with the mission to provide love, support, and opportunities to empower undecided girls and women.
